    Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

    I was thinking my business is in the slumpt of a lifetime to the point that I decided to try advertizing for the

    first time ever. I did a per click ad with Yelp and it`s showing that so many people clicked on my website.

    Yelp is taking them straight to the contact page and since I have a 5 star reputation I would assume most

    of those people would message me since they clicked on my website. I need for you to figure out what`s going on.

    Every time someone leaves me their contact information and presses the submit button they get the THANK YOU message confirming their message is being sent. Meanwhile I guess it goes off to your company and has stopped getting back to me. This is a great deal of business I have lost. The last new submission that I have received

    was 3-29-2016. I would give anything to have figured it out sooner, but I had faith in your service.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. I checked your email in our logs and I saw that it is in our Bounce list and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 <info@dogbusterssandiego.com> - has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607

    I removed your email from our bounce list so you should be able to receive submissions now.

    Please check this guide on how to prevent such issues. Also, whitelisting of JotForm Domains will help as well.
