I have another question aswell.  Is it possible to have more than one correct answer with a scoring system that calculates the result of the test/audit?

You mean for a certain question where a respondent can only choose one answer from multiple options(radio button), two different options can either be the correct answer, is that correct?

I'm afraid that is not possible since http://quizform.jotform.io/ would only allow you to select one correct answer and there is no option for you to set an alternative answer to a single question. Using checkboxes for your questions, however, require respondents to select all the possible correct answer to get a point.
