I was able to add my new tab on fb. It says contact me, how do I change the name on the tab? You guys are awesome. Thank you

That part is also included on the guide I mentioned above, just scroll down until you see the ADDITIONAL GUIDE section. For your convenience, I'll paste the steps here too:

If you want to change the Tab Title and the Tab Image into something else, you can do it by;

a. Click "Settings" in the top-left side

b. Click "Apps" 

c. Click "Edit Settings" option

d. Key in your own custom tab name. Click "Save" button and then click "Okay". And that's it for Custom Tab Name!
