As to your inquiry, the answer is YES.
Actually both the Free plan and Paid plans all have the feature of the form. So what can be done in paid plans can also be done in free plan. The only difference they have is in the limits and allocations i.e. number of submissions and storage allocations.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
I have another question... Thank you for the help!I have a simple event to do, with the need of a simple registration form.
Can I create a form on jot, and have it hosted by you, so that if someone
enters my domain name ( that I buy elsewhere such as www.sampleevent.org)
and they get directed to the form you are hosting? Or do I have to embed
the form on my own site?
Since the next question was about a different feature, I will answer it separately here
