    Autoresponder seems to have quit working

    Hello,

    Autoresponder on my forms--all that I have tried--has quit working.   It was working as of 4:28 P.M. CDT, but quit some time around 4:48 and still doesn't seem to be working.   Notifications sometimes work, sometimes not.

    Hello dcmga,

    I noticed that this one email intermittently fails: hudiburgh@verizon.net. Can you replace your email sender addresses to noreply@formresponse.com and see if it fixes the problem?

    Thank you, this is great information!  

    After browsing through this forum, I checked the bounce list and found that the hudiburgh@verizon.net id was on there and removed it.  It seems to be working fine now.  But I'm puzzled about why it was added in the first place.  Is there a way to find out why an id lands in the bounce list?

    There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your mailbox is full or JotForm is on your blacklist. Considering that you have removed your email address from the bounce list, we are unable to check the reason why your email address was added to the bounce list.

    To prevent that your email address is added again to the bounce list, please check this guides:

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
