Unable to edit the product details in the form

Where the t-shirts and other items are listed I cannot delete photos, edit prices, sizes, etc.

I have not put it up on the web yet as I cannot edit the details.

The listed products like photos, prices and sizes are under the Payment tool. You can change that in the payment wizard by selecting the payment field and then clicking the wand icon. Here's a screenshot:
