Im still waiting for a rollback and refund of my wrong upgrade.
I upgraded a subaccount, witch apparently could not be transferred to my primary account.
So as you asked me to do, i upgraded my primary instead, and im now waiting for my refund a rollback from my subaccount.

I have just canceled and refunded your payment for the sub-user account. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days.
