all submissions of the form go to my default email address that was used to register this account

I've checked your form and I can see that the email recipient for the notification (email@example.com) is different from the account's email address. I also noticed that there is a "Change Email Recipient" condition.
The condition states that if the said fields are filled, the notification will be sent to (firstname.lastname@example.org). It means that if I fill up the form and complete the fields, the notification will be sent to your email address. If not all of them are filled out, the notification will be sent to (email@example.com).
Please check the conditions again and verify if that is how you want to set up the notification.
Also, please take note that if you use the "Test Email" button in the notification wizard, the test notification will be sent to the account's email address.
