Jotform is having a very powerful cloud of secure servers that provides security protection against malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks. We provide a very high-security level through out our hosting provider's servers for stored data. All of our SSL certificates support high-grade 256-bit encryption.
You may consider enabling Form encryption for additional security that encrypts the form submission data and can be readable only when you supply the private key generated after enabling form encryption. The encrypted form submission data cannot be unencrypted without using this private key. If you lose the key, consider that you lose the information as well. For more information on encryption forms, we request you to go through the guide below:
https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
Please be noted that the data stored in JotForm servers will be available as long as you do not delete it from your account. Once you have deleted the data from your account, the submissions cannot be recovered in any way.
Hope this information helps! If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
