    Submission emails are not being sent to my email address

    I have typed in my email address steve@investgold.co.za but appears on your system as steve@investgol.co.za why?

    It might be a typo on the email address set on your account. For this reason to why it defaults to sending to steve@investgol.co.za. However, I see that it is now fixed.

    I also noticed that the said email steve@investgold.co.za was in the bounce list. I had removed it already so it should start sending email alerts again to your email address. But please do observe if it continues to fail delivering the alerts.
