How can I know when my limits will be reset?

Also, I note that the limits such as 1,000 views are applied on a monthly basis. I can't see in my account information that the date I signed up to JotForm has been noted. Therefore, how do you know when a month has expired and a new monthly limit is to be applied?

Yes, you cannot find the sign up date on your account because the limit is reset based a calendar month, it means that does not matter if you have just created your account and reach your limits, your limits will be always reset on September 1st. 

You can also check your current limits by going to the Usage section in your account settings: http://jotform.com/myaccount/usage 

Also, do note that the reset date is based in EST time.
