While saving a change on one of our forms, we keep getting an error message. This has been happennig for last couple of weeks and we are at the stage we are considerig moving away from jotform to another application. This is the error message:
Error on save: "There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page"
Please see the Screenshot attached.
Could you please please fix this or let us know how to resolve the issue?

Hello, have you tried clearing your web browser's cache? May we know as well the ID or the link of the form in issue?

Hi, I think that's your browser issue because I've edited your form without problems. You can see Heading edited with "Test" word.
Please empty your cache or try again with a different browser. Thanks.

Thanks guys, all sorted. It turns out that it was the firewall issue at our end.

Sorry guys but the same issue is back again. I thought it was resolved as it worked when I tried to save few changes but it's still coming up with the same error message.
Pinoytech - we have checked three different browsers and couple of different PCs on different internet lines but error message still comes up.
Could you please help?

I don't find any error at my end regarding saving form when I check it. Have you checked again your firewall regarding Firewall issue?
By the way, I clear form caches of your account. Can you checked your form now if the issue still persist, so we can further assist you and investigate the said issue.
