We have integration from JotForm through to Mailchimp. Some of our fields are long text fields. These do not seem to be pulling into Mailchimp correctly. On Mailchimp they are set as "Text" fields.
Everything else comes through OK, it just seems to be any of the long text fields.
What is the best way to go about doing this? I can send example pictures if it helps....
Thanks very much!

It is recommended that you used the fields under "Quick Fields" for predefined values. Example, the "Address" field in your MailChimp should be map on the "Address" field that we have.
I tested it and I mapped the "Address" field of MailChimp to JotForm's Textarea field, it does not work. You need to use the "Address" field of JotForm if you are mapping it to MailChimp's "Address" field.
If you want to send the data on your JotForm's "Textarea" field (the one found under the "Basic Fields" section), that's the one that allows long text, then you should map it to your "Text" field in MailChimp. Here's a screenshot to where you can associate the said type of fields.
I hope that helps.
