I have set up a form http://form.jotform.com/form/11354054321 and no emails are being received when the form is completed. There is a "conditional" being displayed in the email alert section. Please could you let me know what is wrong?

It seems the form you mentioned no longer exists..
As I tried to preview it, its not found.

According to our mail logs the messages are being sent. You may contact your mail service provider and check with them following mail logs:

From the other side, if you can receive our notification emails on info@r***.com address, but conditional notification to that address still does not work, we will need to check it further.
