Integrated payment form not opening for some

I have a few customers who are unable to see the payment form on the integrated form.  how do I fix this?

I have found form on Register and Pay Online page of your website. If I understood you correctly some of your users are unable to see your form. Your embedded form is shown on my end, but bottom of the form is cut off, so submit button is not shown and form can not be submitted. 

Form is cutoff on my end because the height of the elements in which form is embedded is set to 3412px and to 2696px. That is not enough that whole form is shown.

To resolve this issue you would need to increase height of both elements. You can increase height by 200px. 

However if the form is not shown at all for some of your users, that I would suggest you to re-embed your form with iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:
