Hello! I made a duplicate form but changed the header and some of the content in the form. When I receive the email confirmation of the form's data, the header is incorrect. See attached.

To solve this problem, you will have to edit your form's notification email alert template and change the heading there. Please check the screenshot below how to edit email alert:
