How to forward submissions to Database?

We would like to move all our forms to a central database on our servers using a secure POST to a database.  Is this type of thing supported?  I am looking for the best option to get the data from Jotform to our local server in a database.  This will need to be secured since it could contain HIPAA information or SSNs etc.
