Disregard my earlier email - I found that address on the bounce list and removed it. Forms are working now.
Why would the default email for my account and the email in most of my forms (for notifications) be on the bounce list?

The email address is placed to the bounce list when our email message is not accepted (rejected) by recipient's mail server.
Unfortunately, we cannot check the reason message once the email address is removed from the bounce list. If you notice the issue again, you can contact us to check the bounce reason.
