I have reached my limit and I would like to know when my submissions will reset

    Hello,

    The registration form online for dobregymnatics.com has reached its submission quota for the month and I would like to know when that will reset.

    The submissions reset is scheduled on every first day of each month at exactly 00 EST.

    You can increase your submissions by either upgrading to our paid plan or by doing some tasks in our GetMore feature: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore

    Hello,
    Thank you for your response. Part of the form has 2 paragraphs and when customers submit it to us we don't see it after we print it, we just get their information not the 2 paragraph on the printed form, we do get their signature though..  Please advise.

    If you mean the text area on this form; You need to enable " Show Headers and Text" option to make them visible on submissions.

    Here is the steps you need to follow.

    1. Go to "My Form" page
    2. Click the form
    3. Click "Submissions"

    4. Click " Preferences" 
    5. Enable " Show Headers and Text" checkbox

    After applying above steps, you will see the text parts on your submission. 

    Please also note that, If you would like to see unfilled fields on your submission, please disable " Auto Hide Empty Field" checkbox.

    Once you will login to your account, you will get the "My Form" link in the first tab of header.

    My website is with 1 & 1 how do I log in with jotform?  I am not sure if I ahve account with jotform?

    I have checked your email address in the system, and I am able to see you have 2 accounts associated with this email address. One account is Guest account, and the another account's username is "bozmofid". So please try to login on Jotform, and if you are unable to login, then click on the Forgot Password link, and you will get instruction for resetting your Password on your email.

    I followed the instruction and check the header, the text still not coming through the email when it is submitted. Please advise.

    Is there any way to save the changes. when I click the header and take off the map option it shows the text but it goes back to original setting meaning the header is not clicked.
