Payment received, but no form associated with payment

Hello-  on 8/18/16 we received a payment for $41 but there is no order associated with this payment amount on this particular day?  Everything else posted on this date matches up, and everything after that matches up.   please advise

Unfortunately, some of the payment submissions on August 18 were not properly submitted to our system. The issue was quickly fixed, but we do not have data for affected entries.

Please ask the form user to re-submit their entry.
