I just upgraded to Bronze package and want to change payment method

    Hello,

    I just upgraded to the Bronze package because I was getting low in space.  I didn't realize the full year cost would be billed right away.  I would like to change the payment method if possible as I used my personal acct.

    I did select the monthly fee. But it put the full year in. I cannot downgrade until Aug 2017 now.

    The other thing I want to chat about is that we are a not-for-profit organization so should have asked for the rebate before setting up.  Can we revise?

    I've refunded the payment.

    Now you can apply for the nonprofit discount. Please follow this process:

    1. Make sure you are logged into your account NeORA.

    2. Fill out and send this form along with info (site URLand PDF docs) that proves to us you are a real nonprofit.

    Give us around 24 hrs to process the request. Upon  approval, you should get an email like this:

    IMPORTANT: before clicking in the "Upgrade" button, make sure you have opened a fresh account with your account NeORA.
