    Plan options for nonprofit organization

    I signed up to use Jot forms for my non-profit organization (Granite Mountain Psychological Society) so we could use Jot forms for our membership applications.  I received an e-mail today that we exceeded our monthly allotment of 10 forms per month.  I'm not sure if I missed this limitation, but I am contacting you to see if there is anything we can do at this point.  We have ~60 total members, most of whom apply/reapply in the month of July and/or August for the following fiscal year.  We would likely have 5-8 total registrations throughout the rest of the year.  As a result, the $19/month for >10 applications/month would be prohibitive for us...especially being a non-profit.  Are there any other options since we will likely have ~50-60 applications in the months of July/August, then VERY few the rest of the year?

    The e-mail indicated the account would be shut down if not updated by Wednesday, so the sooner you can contact me the better.

    I just reset the account GMPSYCH back to 8 payments to give you time to upgrade.

    Please follow this process:

    1. Make sure you are logged into your account GMPSYCH .

    2. Fill out and send this form along with info (site URLand PDF docs) that proves to us you are a real nonprofit.

    Give us around 24 hrs to process the request. Upon  approval, you should get an email like this:

     

    IMPORTANT: before clicking in the "Upgrade" button, make sure you have opened a fresh account with your account GMPSYCH.

    Ok. I can fill out the form, but I just looked at the pricing options and it says we have 100 monthly submissions (see below)...not 10.  Can you clarify?

    Since your account is in the FREE status, you have limited options.

    You can receive a total of 100 submissions, both regular and payments. That means you can only get 10 payments (so it's 10 out 100), the rest should be regular.

    There are other limits such as 500 monthly form views (the times the form is opened and viewed), whichever limit is maxed out, the account will go in over-limit status and the system will ask you to upgrade.

    Ok, we are working to get the form for the non-profit status.  So did you set it so it won't reject any submissions for the time being?

    The counter is on 8, this way it gives you time to upgrade.

    Hi Jeanette.  Can we get a little more time to get the non-profit document to you?  This is our one time of the year where members apply for membership/update their membership, so there will be more forms coming through...but we have to rely on someone else toe get the form for you.  We are officially an affiliate of the Arizona Psychological Association...so we have to get their non-profit document.  I have e-mailed the executive director, but I have not heard back yet.  I am just worried that we will run out of form submissions before the AzPA person will get back with me.

    You've reached 9/10 payments. When you reach the 10th payment, you will still have around 2 days to upgrade. So, if you get the notice of the overlimit, let us know, but it will be the last time I reset the counter for you.

    Hi Jeanette.  I received another notice that we will be cut off at noon today if we don't upgrade.  Unfortunately, we are not getting any answers from the "mother ship" regarding the non-profit status form.  If I paid the full annual amount for the regular Bronze plan (@ $19/mo), would we be able to get a refund for the difference once we can track someone down to get us the non-profit status form?  There is absolutely no question that we have non-profit status in AZ, it is simply a matter of getting the proper form from the Executive Director.

    If you buy the regular annual Bronze plan, I can pro-rate a refund later on. I think instead you should buy the monthly plan so you do not pay the whole rate for annual.

    Jeanette.  I received a response from the Executive Director at the Arizona Psychological Association with an attachment, but I don't see how I can send it to you.  Is there an e-mail where I can send it?
