Untranslated field message

"There are untranslated fields on your form. Do you want to go back and translate or ignore this warning?"

I receive this message even though I have verified that there are no fields showing the warning side in the language translation tool. 

What are the conditions the program evaluates in order the throw the error?

It's not huge problem to select "Ignore" every time, but it would be better if one did not have to.

What are the conditions the program evaluates in order the throw the error?

As far as I know, it is just that there is still untranslated field text in the language tool.

The only way to check them is by opening each and click on the save button to make the tool understand that there is translation already on the specific field text.
