Can you please unsuspend my account as soon as possible, or give me instructions on what I need to do to get it reactivated on my own.
It shouldn't have been suspended...but my guess is I screwed up and am the reason it got flagged.
I just setup the demo so I could start play/evaluate things then shared the admin credentials with a few internal guys so they could see the structure of how I was building some things out...I'm guessing that's the problem.

You cannot create forms to request login credentials or to request credit card critical information, otherwise our phishing detection system suspends the accounts in no time.
I've deleted the fields that caused the suspension, please refrain from doing forms like this in the future and everything will be fine.

I get why you have that, but I'm not trying to "phish" with it...and these are going to be used for onboarding not marketing/spam.

Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions on this. So please do not make another form like that to prevent another suspension.
