The title of my email notification is showing incorrectly

This form should have title Adopt A Dog Interest Form not foster application. I have saved and published it several times and it still is wrong please fix or tell me how to fix.

While editing your form, click on the "Emails" tab, then select the email notification you would like to update.  This can be done by mousing over the notification and clicking on "Edit".  From there, update the title in the body of the notification:

Click on save to update the notification.
