¿Hello, I got a problem with my account and what do you mean with form views?

Hi. I got an email regarding an upgrade because my forms were viewed 1000 times.  And that is impossible.  Please let me know how to proceed and how does this works.

The account has a limit of 1000 views per month, so that means the form was opened 1000 times, it can be by the same user or new users.

thanks is really awkward and what happen now? can I receive messages? 

The account will go overlimit as of tomorrow, however, on Sept 1st, the counter will be reset back to zero.
