How can I include to separate forms from the one link

I have made up to separate forms which both need to be filled in by clients at the one time, how can we link these together when sending to clients? or when the client clicks on the link to fill in these forms without having to go to the link twice?

If you already have created 2 separate forms, you can link them by using the URL of your second form as the thank you URL of your first form. So when the first form is submitted, it will redirect to the second form. With this, you only need to provide the first form URL to your users. Is this something that you'd like to achieve?

Another solution is to embed the 2 forms in the same page on your website. Then provide to your customers the web page URL where these 2 forms are embedded.
