Upon clicking the submit button it just says "Please wait"

Hello, I am facing the same problem in my form, I am using a map widget and my users can not search any location in the map because the error. Can you help me??

Your map widget is a required field so it must have a value, otherwise, you will not be able to submit the form.

I checked your form and the map widget is working fine for me. My test submission went through just fine.

Also, these images are breaking the SSL of your secure form because they are not served on HTTPS protocol. I suggest to upload them to your form using the Image tool (under Basic Fields) instead of using its direct URL.
