Do I have to embed the form on my website

    I have a simple event to do, with the need of a simple registration form.
    Can I create a form on jot, and have it hosted by you, so that if someone
    enters my domain name ( that I buy elsewhere such as www.sampleevent.org)
    and they get directed to the form you are hosting? Or do I have to embed
    the form on my own site?

    Actually the form is by default hosted on JotForm. The forms are located on the jotform server.

    Thank you. My question is actually: can I use a domain name that I purchase
    and have it point to the form hosted on your server?

    Yes.  You can use custom domain for your form also. Check the user guide on how to :
