You've got your conditional branching arrow in the wrong place in your User Guide!!Asked by ulrichburke on August 29, 2016 at 11:53 PM
I bet this is a wonderful example of whoever updated the system forgot to update the User Guide.
In the Guide, it clearly shows the wiggly arrows of the Conditional Branching symbol to be along the top of the screen, in the menu. I looked for them for, like, ages there, clicking on everything I could think of - but they've been moved! They're now under the little tiny arrowhead to the right of the questions you're creating.
Please, with cherries and sugar on top, can you update your User Guide so someone else doesn't spend half a day looking for flippin' arrows that aren't where the Guide says they should be no more?
arrow in guide JotForm Updated and Day
Conditional Branching symbol is still in top toolbar menu, it was not moved. However from screenshot you provided I see that properties of the field you have selected are shown in toolbar menu. To see Conditional Branching symbol and all other setup and embed option, you need to select Setup & Embed tab in top toolbar menu.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
I'm very sorry, I didn't know that bit. I just knew I'd been looking for the arrow all afternoon, finally found it in what seemed to be a totally different place and thought something in the User Guide hadn't been updated, especially when I read about other things like the Power Tools being changed.
I thought it was just another change that hadn't been updated yet.
