Why form submissions are not emailing?

    My email: theladylandscaper@gmail.com is no longer receiving anything when forms are submitted, but it was a week ago. It is paramount that we get notified when forms are submitted. Is there something we should be doing differently in our settings?

    We're sorry for this inconvenience, I checked your email in our logs and I saw that it ended in our Bounce list, and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; Host or domain name not found. Name service error

    I removed your email from our bounce list so you should be able to receive submissions now.

    Please check this guide on how to prevent such issues. Also, you could whitelist our domains, that will help as well in preventing.
