Hey i've tried this and still nothing? Can you make sure my email isn't on your block list?

Your email address is not in the bounce list of system. I have also checked the email log of system. And I am able to see, system successfully sent emails notification to your email address. Probably those emails should be in the SPAM or JUNK folder of your mail box.
I would suggest you, please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
