I am not getting notification emails from the form submissions

    This happened a few months ago and it turns out I was placed on some sort of list that prevented my emails from coming through. I contacted Jotform and you took me off. I am sure this has happened again

    I have not received any notifications in a few weeks and I assumed it was because people were on vacation. Now it turns out I have been getting a lot of inquiries, but did not receive notification emails from Jotform.

    Please fix this. Tell me what I should do to prevent this from happening again. I cannot use Jotform if my notification emails keep getting blocked for no good reason.

    I did a test submission in your form and it is successful. The mail logs show that the notification was sent properly. Here's a screenshot:

    Please check your spam folders and junk mails. You may also need to whitelist our mail servers, here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Yes, I removed my email address from the bounce list a few hours ago. So it
    is working again.
    Some feedback for jotform:
    I realize I am on the free plan right now, so I understand jotform support
    is not a priority. I plan to upgrade to a paid plan within a few months
    The notification emails are EXTREMELY important to me, since they are
    sales leads. I suggest you give paying customers a phone call if they are
    put on the bounce list, rather than just leaving them hanging.

    Dowload the JotForm app! I have the same problem and out of curiosity wondered if there was an app and there is! Another way not to miss out on business.

    Hello aclarke5,

    There is no priority set on to whether the user is under Free status or is under a paid subscription. We respond to users following the principle of first-come-first-served basis. But we'll do formulate a better solution on how to address this matter regarding the bounce lists.

    And I agree with alimoexcursion. You can download the JotForm app. This way, you will be prompted right away once you receive submissions.
