Why am I not receiving notifications for Incomplete Payments?

    We have registration forms set up in our account that link for people to pay to paypal. That part is working, however, the notifications are getting caught in the Incomplete Payments, and not sending us the notifications. I have pushed some of them, but we need these to start being pushed on their own.


    Can you please assist?

    If I understand you correctly you are having a problem with some of your registration forms that use paypal for your payment and are ending up incomplete without sending you an email about it right?

    Usually if they are becoming incomplete then that means  the user never finished the transaction or left it prematurely. Please see https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments for more details.

    Additionally, if you'd like to be notified of those Incomplete Payments then you need to enable that so please see https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail.
