    I paid on 20 August, the renewal of my account silver. because you have downgraded my account? my clients are complaining for disabling form from their sites. Please I need quick solutions.

    Please our apologies for this inconvenience, I've canceled the duplicate subscription that failed to charge your PayPal account, also I detected a duplicate charge for $39.00  so I've refunded it.

    The account will remain active on Silver status with subscription ID # S-3GR24102HE783112Y
