Warning message before sending form

JotForm equipment,

I need your help in knowing whether it is possible to make a message "Are you sure you want to send your request" or something like that, before the Board Index form make your submission by pressing the "send" button or appear as such if there is any other way to do this? ... contained a warning message before the form is submitted.

Yeah, it's very good that option now if the user of the form uses the keyboard, ie press "Enter" to sending the form, the action on the screen that tells me "Have Warning before sending form" is not , ie, it is sent equally ... is there any way around that. It happens that my clients do not press the button with the mouse pointer, but press the "enter" key .... have any idea how I can do in that case?

I apologize for the delays. I had the ticket about the Preview widget glitch that allows it to bypass the preview function when using keyboard entry (not using the Submit button) here.

What is the widget that you used to the warning message in orange color?

It is just a basic Checkbox field. I used CSS to style it in such way.
