PayPal Payment Integration: How to allow payments without creating PayPal accounts

    Why does payment option only offer paypal account?  We used to offer other credit card if they do not have a paypal account.

    Please make sure that 'PayPal Account Optional' option is enabled under your PayPal account settings, see the next guide.

    *Your PayPal Account must be either Premier or Business. Personal Accounts do not have this option.
