I just opened my account today to add forms to my Weebly websites. I created a form and then cloned it to add a modified version to another page on the same website. I sent myself via email TWO testers to make sure all were working well. Then....the form became DISABLED!!!
PLEASE ENABLE THE FORMS IMMEDIATELY!! I cannot launch my website: www.msstravelandtours.com until the forms are enabled.
I am NOT a robot or a spammer! I am a 29 year business owner trying to support your app.

I can see that the form has been disabled by our phishing detector system, since we need to fight against phishing activity, sometimes the system might get confused with the form when it finds the word "Facebook" on the form, because there are many other forms that are requesting for facebook passwords.
I have whitelisted you forms, so there should no be any problem, if you have another question, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
PLEASE put me on your whitelist and take me OFF your phishing list.

I have reactivated the account, seems like the system mistakenly suspended it.
