Can I have more than 1 subscription option on the form?

    I have a default plan that is $50 a month.  I also need the ability to have people have the option to add 1 of 3 additional subscription plans.

    Right now I only get the option to choose 1 plan.  Really need to be able to choose 2 plans and have it all processed on 1 form.

    Any advise?

    I think you have resolved this already. I checked your jotform and I see it already have multiple subscription options in the Payment field.

    No, I haven't got this resolved.  I am wanting to list the Membership and the Phone Access as separate subscriptions.

    The Membership payments start immediately.

    The Phone Access is Free for 90 days.

    Can't figure how to do that on 1 form.

    I apologize, I was able to understand now what you meant.

    In subscription type of payment, you cannot have more than 1 selected subscription in single submission.


    To be able to select another subscription, you will have to submit the form first and then retry again selecting a new subscription type.

    As far as I know, this how the subscription type of payment work.

    You can select one subscription only since it will require the subscription to be recorded first in the payment processor each time you submit the form.

    If it is multiple subscription in one submission, the payment processor will have difficulty recording the payment terms for each selected subscription.

    If the user want to subscribe to another type of subscription, they can do it by re-submitting the form again.


    The only payment type that allows multiple selection is the SELL PRODUCTS type of payment.
