How do I edit the look and layout (i.e. add logo etc.) of the PDF data form to the customer through Auto Responder?

You can modify the layout of your PDF submissions by going to your submissions page. Simply select the form in your My Forms page, and then click the submit button

Next, on the submissions page, click on PDF on top, then click Customize. This should allow you to modify your PDF's layout and as well as include your company logo etc.
