    Hello,

I would like to build a thank you page and use form fields like the ones i find for the autoresponder emails.

This is not possible right now?

It would be nice to have such feature und should be easy to integrate.

    Hope to find it soon.

    Thank you!

    Marc

    Hello Marc,

    You can do this:

Open the composition of your autoresponder/notification email.

    Email Alerts -> notification/autoresponder name.

Click the HTML button at the top and copy the existing HTML.

    http://content.screencast.com/users/ffxr/folders/Jing/media/74ba1fed-535b-4a0a-ba2d-9b907dcbe255/2012-04-14_1037.png

Then close that and click on the Thankyou icon , select Thankyou message.

You will now see a similar editor to that in the email composition pane, again click the HTML button and paste the code you gathered earlier into it.

Hit the update button and you should now see the same HTML rendered here as in the email composition pane.

You can see the end result of this process on this test form, (select pay by check or phone) to see it working -> http://form.jotform.com/form/12972052359

You may need to fiddle around the HTML to get your thankyou page looking exactly how you want, let us know if you want any help with that.

On behalf of my colleague, you're quite welcome.

Incidentally, just last month (March 23rd, to be precise) I submitted a ticket requesting that the same Form Fields floating menu seen in the Compose Email section of email alerts be available when composing "Thank You" messages:

(Click images to zoom to actual size)

Below is an example that thanks the user by name after they have submitted the form. Having the Form Fields menu available as illustrated would simplify the task of composing such a message:

Hopefully, this feature will soon be implemented because it has been tagged as important.

    We'll keep you posted.
