Can I send my form responses to an email address through the submit button?

Hi,

I would like to know if instead of the form submissions being sent back to this site under my account, if it could instead be altered that when someone hits submit, the form response is sent through to our email address?

Reason is, this form is actually only going to be used by one person but multiple times each week. It would be easier for us to see the responses come through to us via email instead of having to check back here every so often to find responses.
