Unable to submit form in Firefox browser.

    I got the form to work in ie and chrome. Trouble with it completing in firefox.

    question 2. How do I get the sent from email to be different. It shows that it is gailgreen@gogreenlearning.com but it goes to my email address instead.

    I did test your form in Firefox and it seems to work as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
