Credit Card submissions getting middle numbers blocked out

Hi on one of our forms we have noticed that the credit card submissions are getting their middle digits blocked out by hashtags. Can you please let us know how to fix. Thanks Mark

Collecting of credit card on plain text fields is against Jotform Terms of use. We recently became PCI compliant, and because of that we have scanned all of our database and replaced part of the CC numbers with # hash symbols. 

From now on data in credit card fields will be replaced with # hash symbols. 

If you want to have payment fields inside of your form you have to use one of JotForm payment tools.

If you want to charge your users manually at later date, I would suggest you to use on of payment tools that has built in credit card fields like Paypal Pro, Stripe, Authorize.net, Dwolla.

We have our own credit card machine so don't need these other payment services. Is there any other way of setting it up so we can still do it.

Unfortunately no. It is not possible to collect credit card info on plain text fields. 

If you do not want to use our payment tools and you want that your users are able to provide you credit card details, then I would suggest you to ask them to provide you credit card details over the phone, via email or  by fax.
