Conditional logic

Please help, I cant make my conditional logic work....

The form should have the details for one team to be entered and if the select to enter more, additional fields should then appear. There is then a another option to enter an additional team later on totally 3 teams in total. If they select no after they have entered their first team or second then I wan the judge details and payment options to appear. This does not happen.
