I checked your account and it seems to be active. I also see that you currently have no form in your account, except those that are shared to you.
Based on this thread - https://support.jotform.com/answers/921093 - that you opened, you have already deleted your submissions but you now have issues with your forms being lost. We will attend to your issue on that thread.
