Cancelled service??? Please advise

    Recieved a message saying service would stop on Monday if we didn't upgrade that we have exceeded 100 forms per month (?). It is our understanding that we already pay for a subscription to your service.  Please advise asap.

    Hi there,

    We have been notified by our 3rd party payment gateway (Plimus) that there is a failed recurring charge on your card. Unfortunately, they were not able to process the payment. This is the reason why your account was downgraded to free (basic plan).

    They have already notified you about this issue for 15 days since from the start of the failed charging before you have been downgraded. Please note that we did NOT try to charge your card again because we have tried to do so before but were unable to.

    I would suggest to check your CC or contact your bank for assistance. Or, you may resubscribe again here.

    Furthermore, I have reseted half of your submissions just in case your forms will get disabled due to overlimit.
