    Hello!

So I was naive to submit my license and W9 using your form to a fake freelance job posting on UpWork. The form has already been deactivated (https://form.jotform.com/irvinwriting/expresswriters), but I wanted to know if you have deleted all my forms and if any additional form access restrictions were also performed to avoid accessing these files?

Sorry for the inconvenience of inquiring about this - any help is appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy

Once an account has been suspended, submission data for that account is no longer accessible.  If the account is a phishing account, like this one, the users IP will also be banned from accessing the site.

That does not mean that they do not already have the data.  Since the form was submitted, the data was accessible for a period of time.  It is not longer accessible, but that does not mean they don't already have it.  Unfortunately, we cannot catch every form immediately.
