How do we create the secure login area and password for a secure form?
As it looks like the set-up has changed since the last time that I created one a few years ago. Also how and where do we set-up the password for our client to be able to access the secure form?

We do not provide a password protection option at this time, but there is a work around available which is based on conditional logic. Please take a look at the next thread to see if this is something that may work for you.
Note, that in case you need to share the access to your form Submissions page, you can do this with the password protection.

Please look at the following page as this is the "Password" protection that I'm talking about. As I cannot seem to locate the way to recreate this type of password protection for some additional forms.

This type of password is what we need for HIPPA compliance. Thanks for your assistance.
