HTTP Post Data suddenly stopped working on a form

This form was acting normal until a few days ago, but now the post data is not being sent, no changes have been made in months.  I cloned the form, changed the thank you, and it shows no post data.  I have checked the spot to turn it on, it is in the ON position. Anyone have this issue?
